ScreenShot20210116at221831

A documentary about Máire and her sister Nollaig (also featuring their sister Mairéad in addition to Chris and Nollaig's late husband Arty McGlynn) was broadcast on TG4 on November 29th, 2020, as part of its Sé mo Laoch series. (TG4 is Ireland's national Irish-language TV station.) You can watch it on the TG4 Player here! (Or go to the TG4 Player, click Watch, then choose Genre: Music from the drop-down menu; now click Filter by Series, then Sé mo Laoch and finally Nollaig & Máire Ní Chathasaigh.)

Below you'll find an audio (live radio) clip of Chris and Máire, together with a selection of video clips of them - some from TV programmes and some from festival and concert performances. We've also added a video clip of their quartet performance at the Cork Folk Festival with Nollaig Casey and Arty McGlynn, a rare clip of Nollaig and Máire playing together on RTÉ Television, plus clips of Chris duetting with bluegrass luminaries Dan Crary and Mark Cosgrove. (Links to further TV and video clips here.)
